Vermiculite is the mineralogical name given to a group of naturally occurring hydrated laminar minerals which are magnesium-aluminium-iron silicates. When subjected to heat, vermiculite has the property of exfoliating or expanding, due to the generation of inter-laminar steam. The exfoliation process converts the dense flakes of ore into lightweight porous granules containing numerous minute air layers. The exfoliation characteristic is the basis for the commercial use of vermiculite.
Ultrafine vermiculite with excellent heat resistance and absorbency, trusted across multiple industries for its versatility.
Finely milled vermiculite that offers excellent consistency, making it ideal for specialist horticultural and industrial use.
Lightweight, porous vermiculite with the right mix of insulation, aeration, and water-holding capacity.
With a coarser structure, this grade improves aeration and water retention, while also providing reliable insulation.
Larger flakes that provide structure, durability, and controlled moisture management for heavy-duty uses.
